正式吃副食品 Officialy Commencing on Baby Food
媽媽一直沒有時間弄小傢伙的副食品，上個禮拜抓緊新店阿媽和姨婆帶小丫頭的時間，趕快弄。
看在小丫頭上個月陸陸續續什麽都吃一點也沒什麽過敏跡象，咱們就不一樣樣慢慢試了，媽媽一樣樣食物慢慢分開做副食品會花轟的。
何況總要多吃幾樣東西才會營養均衡呀（哈哈哈，媽媽很會找借口。）
有鑒于朋友曾經辛苦做了大鍋菜副食品一大鍋被寶寶退貨（據説是青菜水果肉全部打一塊。。。欺負小孩沒吃過真正食物，以爲他不懂什麽是好吃，哈哈；老實說沒有朋友的經驗作參考，媽媽也可能干這种事）
既然有前車之鑒，咱們第一次就走安全路綫好了：
1。只混甜的或沒味道的東西（甜的總行了吧，哪有小孩不吃甜的）。
2。只混冷凍之後再解凍也不會很噁心的東西（上網一查，有的蔬菜水果就不行，根莖類的大部分可以，那第一次就根莖類好了）。
菜市場廚房溜一圈，綜合根莖類甜甜大雜燴副食品就出爐了。
小丫頭吃起副食品，對用湯匙吃東西這件事比食物更感興趣。
才開始喂兩口，就搶著自己拿湯匙。
不給她拿，她會生氣的大叫抗議。
一開始，她還願意和媽媽一起拿湯匙（第一段影片），後來就要自己拿湯匙（照片和第二段影片）。
一邊吃一邊玩不說，還會把媽媽喂進嘴巴裏的食物挖出來看是什麽東西，喫相一片災難，完全看不出是有用餐具在進餐的（跟之前用手吃南瓜差不多）。
哈哈哈，人類文明發展起來不容易啊！
Hannah started eating her first baby food (a mix of various root vegetables - since Hannah showed no signs of allergies on her previous mini food adventures, lazy mommy gave up on the idea of letting her try one food at a time).
She is more interested in spoon feeding herself than the food itself.
At first, she'd let mommy hold the spoon with her (see video 1) but, later, insisted on holding the spoon herself (see pictures above and video 2).
Her table manners are a disaster though - she plays with her food and would even dig out the food in her mouth to study it.
Judging from the mess she made (vs. the mess when she just used her hand), you wouldn't be able to tell that she had used an utensil.
Civilization does take time ...

補記小丫頭6個月 Hannah Turned 6 Months Old (2 weeks ago)
小丫頭兩個禮拜前滿6個月了，媽媽被纏的部落格都來不及更新了。
快要滿六個月時，9/27外婆生日那天，小丫頭冒出第一顆牙，在下面右邊。
上個禮拜又開始看到下面左邊的牙齒也快冒出來了。
她現在非常非常好動，無時無刻都在動，而且是旁人看了都累的高耗能動作。
起床沒有兩個小時，她就動到汗如雨下，全身濕透。想要她不聞起來酸臭，常常一天得洗個兩次甚至三次澡。
丫頭可以明確的連爬帶伏突前進的把自己弄到房間的各個角落，可以從趴到坐，從坐到趴，兩隻小魔爪不放過任何他能夠碰得到的東西。
也許是運動量太大了，明明還是無敵愛吃，可是這個月體重竟然沒有增加，有時候量還比上個月少100克。小丫頭從出生3.3公斤，到四個月變成差不多8公斤，現在都六個半月了，昨天竟然才8.2公斤，也太會靠運動維持身材了吧。
最後，丫頭會叫爸爸了，只不過什麽東西都被她叫成爸爸，沒事就爸爸爸爸，很好笑。爸爸不能這樣滿街亂認的啦。

Some major developments this month:
1.She sprouted her first tooth (lower right, 9/27/11), and the second one (lower left) popped its head last week.
2. She is now a super active baby - capable of moving herself (crawling + creeping) to anywhere she really wants to go in a room. She'd lay her hands on anything she is able to reach - a very curious little one.
3. Perhaps due to the hyperactivity - no weight gain this month - and depends on when you weight her during the day, sometimes we even see a sight weight loss. They are not joking when they say exercise helps maintain one's figure.
4. She can say "Baba" now - mandarin for Daddy. But Daddy is a bit dissatisfied because she basically calls anything Baba. Mommy insists that this is proof that Mama is more of a special word! :P

超級愛看電視 Really Addicted to TV
丫頭小小年紀就知道愛看電視。
現在看起電視來，更是樂不可支，拍案叫絕，恨不得能夠爬到電視裏去。
爸爸作爲眼科醫師，曾經煞有介事的立志絕對不給丫頭看電視。
結果他第一次帶小丫頭兩個小時，領教小丫頭“無時無刻需要新娛樂”的無窮精力。。。就完全敗下陣來。
記得那次媽媽經過客廳，才從電視前走過，就聽到爸爸叫：
“喂喂喂，你千萬不要擋住她的視線，她看不到電視可是會叫的啊。”
囘頭一看，啊呀呀！真的是徹底敗給丫頭啦。。。
小丫頭被爸爸像董事長一樣兩邊用枕頭固定在沙發上，正對著電視。
惟恐她看不到啊。。。
近視，以後再煩惱啦。。。
哈哈哈。。。笑死媽媽了！
不過在精力允許的範圍，我們還是努力不讓丫頭看電視。
影片中看的是教幼兒手語的DVD。
爸爸媽媽實在沒精力自己教她嬰兒手語，就想能不能就放放DVD交代過去。。。
也許是才開始放看不出效果，反正就以下的影片看來，不管DVD裏面是教的是什麽，小丫頭比出來都是雙手亂揮加傻笑。
也好，笑是世界通用的語言 。。。手語也能通吧。
Our little imp has been addicted to TV since very early on.
She now really expresses her enjoyment when watching her DVDs.
She'll laugh, scream, flap her arms and even topple over to express her delight.
As an ophthalmologist, Daddy was once determined to not let Hannah watch any TV.
But that quickly changed after he had the chance to babysit the kid for 2 hours and experience for himself how difficult it is to keep the girl entertained CONSTANTLY.
Mommy and Daddy still make an effort to limit Hannah's TV time but relented on letting her watch Baby Sign Language DVDs (we really couldn't muster the energy to teach her ourselves).
The video below seems to indicate that, after watching the DVD for the 3rd time, our baby now thinks the sign for everything is either flapping her arms or laugh.
Good luck trying to understand her, Mom and Dad.

媽媽從主婦聯盟買的牛蒡茶，丫頭奇愛喝無比，甚至比果汁還愛。

自己吃東西 eating real food by herself
一直以來，只要小胖丫頭在，爸爸媽媽吃飯就像逃難一樣。
那個叫神經緊綳哦。一個人吃飯，一個人得變各種戲法哄她。
吃飯的人眼看另一個人還等著吃，吃的狼吞虎咽。。。
哄她的人一個人獨撐娛樂小丫頭的大局，手忙腳亂。。。
曾經有一次，小胖丫頭無處可托，爸爸媽媽只好帶上她去美麗華吃飯。
本來出去吃飯是想放鬆一下，想說到新環境，小胖丫頭有東西可看，我們就可以吃飯聊天一下。
哈哈哈，太天真。。。
新環境，小胖丫頭當然要強烈要求我們帶她不停到處轉。
結果那頓飯就在爸爸媽媽輪流一人推她到處逛，一人到地下街隨便點點，狼吞虎咽中逃難式的結束。
不過不過。。。這幾天爸爸媽媽熬出頭了！！
小胖丫頭開始可以自己坐小椅子分大人的東西吃。
吃的可香的呢！雖然喫相野蠻，吃完幾乎都要洗澡，但是爸爸媽媽已經無限感激了！
Up until the past few days, Mom and Dad found it impossible to eat together when Hannah is around.
The girl needed to be entertained - so Mom and Dad had to take turns to eat.
If we eat out with Hannah (which only happened once for good reason) - we would have to take turns touring her highness around while the other person wolf down his/her meal.
Now, that's no more!
Hannah can eat with us now!
Just give her some of your food and she will give you some peace and quiet and let you enjoy your meal!
Although her barbaric table manners necessitate a bath after every meal, mom and dad still celebrate the change.
Tis the beginning of a new era!

美女與野獸 Beauty & the Beast
媽媽把我扮的美美的，小美女我就擺出各種婚紗pose來娛樂大衆。
Mommy dressed me up and I sat pretty posing for the camera.
不過不要被我偶爾的斯文騙了 - 骨子裏我根本是個小野獸。看我吃飯的樣子就知道了- 原始的很呢。

不好意思啦！俗話説的好，沒有丑女人，只有懶女人。小美女我要保持青春美麗，只有靠敷臉了 - 只是別人是敷小黃瓜- 我是媽媽給我的食物統統敷上去。像以上的南瓜面膜，我就很推薦。

坐坐玩玩具 Sitting and Playing with My toys
我現在很會坐啦。坐著玩玩具，比躺著看玩具，又別有一般趣味。
看看我的懶媽媽，把所有的玩具堆到我面前，巴不得我玩久一點不要人管。
我玩到最後都開始抗議沒人陪我啦。
I can really sit now. Sitting provides a whole new perspective when playing with my toys.
My lazy mommy piled all sort of toys in front of me hoping to keep me busy for as long as possible – notice that I started protesting towards the end.

補記一下Hannah五個月 Hannah Turned 5 Months (2 weeks ago)
滿五個月的時候，小胖丫頭差不多剛好8公斤。(再過11天（也就是兩天前），變成8.3公斤）

快要滿5個月時，小丫頭可以熟練的滿地打滾，找玩具玩。也會坐著玩，不用老用手撐著啦。會動了之後，體重增加就變慢了。
小丫頭膽子小，仰著倒下去會嚇到（即使沒有碰痛），所以我們後面都會給她墊枕頭。
她很會看臉色了，兇她會嚎啕大哭，或是生氣不理你。
傢伙是個小麻煩，超級會流口水；
She now rolls all over the place, sits quite well, drools constantly, and is very sensitive to changes in people's mood/tune/expression.
If you raise your voice at her, she would either cry or refuse to respond to you altogether.
晚上黏媽媽，會張開手臂選人抱；
什麽都要玩、都要摸摸嘗嘗。。。除了自己的玩具，紙巾、遙控器、鍵盤。。。統統不放過。
而且這傢伙玩起來十分喜新厭舊，什麽都是第一次研究好一會，之後就棄之不理，忙著找新玩意兒。破壞功夫很強。
常常等她玩一輪下來，家裏就有如颱風過境，什麽都拖到地上啦。
有時候看看小胖丫頭剛出生的照片，真難相信這才過了5個月啊。
She wants her mommy at night but is super friendly to just about everyone during the day. She'll hold out her arms to ask you to pick her up.
The girl now wants to play with and investigate everything.
Everthing in the house is fair game to her.
She chews, shakes, grabs, rips and bangs on anything she can get her hands on until the room looks like it's just been visited by a tornado.
Sometimes, mommy'd look at her newborn pics and find it hard to believe it's only been 5 months.

我老早懷疑你們大人在吃什麽好吃的不給我吃。。。
逮到機會，一把抓住姨婆手上的一杯綠豆湯到嘴邊嘗嘗。。。
姨婆抓緊杯子不傾斜，
可是小女子我可不是省油的燈，
伸長了舌頭，非舔到這杯中滋味不可。
I had long suspected that the adults around me have been consuming something better tasting than breast milk.
When Grand Auntie resisted my attempt to steal her cup of green bean soup (she let me grab her cup but wouldn't tilt it to let me drink its content), I had to really stretch my tongue to investigate.
逮到機會，一把抓住姨婆手上的一杯綠豆湯到嘴邊嘗嘗。。。

超級大忙人 I'm Super Busy!
我現在是個超級大忙人！
整天滾來滾去，什麽東西我都很有興趣。
所到之處，碰到什麽東西我都要好好研究一下。
我研究起東西來可有耐心了，
上上下下裏裏外外，都要看個仔細。
嘴巴啃啃啃。。。
拿得動了話，手手就不停按按搖搖（看會不會有聲音）
隨便就是一二十分鐘。。。
媽媽錄下我的認真樣。。。
但是因爲我研究了太久了，各位看官可能沒耐心跟我耗。。。
只好快帶播出。
I am now Ms. Super Busy.

I'd check out each item top to bottom; bang, push, or shake everything (if the weight isn't too heavy) to see what sounds it makes.

再次游泳 Hannah Swam Again！
Hannah 已經一個多月沒游泳了。
看她平時喜歡洗澡的樣子，本來以爲再次下水，她會生龍活虎，如魚得水。
結果小胖丫頭竟然謹慎的抓著泳圈和胖腳腳，動都不動。。。
可能是對游泳的感覺陌生了吧。
新店阿媽說她是老僧入定。。。哈哈哈
Hannah hasn't swum for over a month now.
Judging from how much she loves her bathtime, Mommy thought she would live up the experience of getting into water again.
But no... not immediately at least. The chubby girl was quite cautious at first - holding onto her neck floatie and her chubby feet and refused to move.
Grandma said she looked like a meditating monk ... hahaha.
但是過了20分鐘，姑娘又是水中一條小胖龍了。游的又比以前自在了！
But after 20 minutes, the chubby girl got into action again! Better than ever!

喜歡看電腦！ Addicted to computers too.
準確一點的說，應該是喜歡看影片和亂玩電腦的鍵盤。
不給Hannah看電視？那她就要玩電腦啦。
和高雄阿公阿媽視訊通話的時候，她就這樣忙東忙西忙不停。很好笑的！
More precisely speaking, she's in love with watching videos (using the computer as her TV) and pushing random buttons. Maybe Mom watched one too many Simpsons when she was pregnant.
Below is a typical footage of Hannah when we skype with Grandma and Grandpa from Gaoxiong.
她還很愛看自己的影片（或是其他Babies的影片），看起來特別專心，仿佛感觸良多的樣子，很是好笑。

不給Hannah看電視？那她就要玩電腦啦。
和高雄阿公阿媽視訊通話的時候，她就這樣忙東忙西忙不停。很好笑的！
More precisely speaking, she's in love with watching videos (using the computer as her TV) and pushing random buttons. Maybe Mom watched one too many Simpsons when she was pregnant.

伯母幫我按摩！ Auntie Amy Gave Me a Massage
我其實超好收買的！
不管你是誰。。。抱抱我，逗逗我，我們就是超級好朋友。
從香港剛出生以後就沒有看過的大伯一家來看我。。。
伯母幫我按摩胖腿腿。。。 我馬上愛上她了
（我喜歡人的表現之一就是會去摸她的臉 - 你看伯母幫我按兩下，我馬上就被收買了。。。誰叫我愛按摩 ）。
堂哥堂姐在旁邊逗我玩（或者說玩我）。。。我也太愛他們了- 因爲我超愛熱鬧！
又要享受按摩，又要看堂哥堂姐那裏有什麽好玩的。。。
四個月的我。。。真是忙不過來啊！

Uncle Edward's family came to visit. I haven't seen any of them since when I was just a couple of weeks old.
But Aunite Amy quickly won my heart by giving me a massage (I love massages!).
I showed my affection and gratitude by touching her face.

不要奶瓶要杯子 Bottles vs. Glasses
前陣子媽媽還在慶幸，小胖丫頭會自己奶瓶了。
滿三個月開始，一喂她奶，她就巴巴的把小手湊上來幫忙扶奶瓶，非常堅持，屢試不爽。
快滿四個月，爸爸索性放手讓她扶，她還真的扶的像模像樣的，左躺右躺，單手雙手，一瓶半瓶。。。統統都表演。
爸爸媽媽以爲自己快熬出頭了。
結果我們大人想得太美啦。。。。
小混球自己扶了沒幾天，就發現自己巴巴討來的差事，其實還蠻無聊的。
於是花招就來啦：
1。奶瓶抽出來又塞回去，抽出來又塞回去。。。
2。奶瓶抽出來看看，塞不囘去大叫討救兵。。。
3。奶瓶抽出來往後面一丟
4。把手和奶瓶一起放進去嘴巴吸，吸不到奶再大聲抗議這個奶瓶有夠爛。。。
花招都玩過了，她還會使出殺手鐧 - 用嘴巴緊咬著奶頭左右甩奶瓶，雙手配合在空中亂揮。。。興致高昂，一邊笑一邊表演給爸媽看，好像在說：“我不用手就可以耶!"
我的媽呀，看得爸爸直搖頭：“她這麽小，喝個奶怎麽花樣這麽多？”
看得伯母說小丫頭要管教一下、兇一兇了。
於是，我們都被打敗了。。。自己拿奶瓶？還是以後吧。
Hannah 也不在乎，她現在有興趣的已經不是奶瓶啦。。。人家喜歡上杯子啦。
用杯子喝，喝水也是甜的。
Hannah started holding her own bottle before she turned 4 months old (see video 1). But mommy celebrated a bit too early - the girl got bored of the chore quickly and started to invent various ways to play with her bottle that often end with spilt milk/screams for adult help or both.
When she started the trick of biting down on the bottle and swinging the bottle around hands free by shaking her head ... we decided perhaps it's premature to let her hold her own bottle.
Hannah's fine with her lost privilege though - because she wants glasses/cups now(video 2).
Mommy dreads the tricks she could play with those.

小不點如我，已經知道享受摳背背了。可見人是天生喜歡被按摩的。

恰貝貝 Don't Mess with Me
小胖丫頭我心情好的時候，笑臉如花。。。
可是，本姑娘也不是好惹的。把我惹毛了，我會給你好看。
前兩天爸爸回來抱我到樓下逛逛，姑娘我正看的很有興致，眉開眼笑，爸爸竟然抱著抱著，就把我抱回家放沙發上了。。。
哇哇哇哇哇。。。。這是什麽世界啊！！
風景變成沙發。。。我被搶劫了。。。
抗議抗議抗議。。。。
還沒看夠還沒看夠。。。。
大人都不懂我的心。

Hannah 滿四個月了 I'm 4 months old
今天Hannah滿4個月了，體重快要8公斤，是個十足的小胖丫頭。
我越來越皮啦。。。什麽東西都要拿來玩，抓一抓，吃吃看。喝奶也是一邊喝，一邊玩。。。還把奶拿來當雪茄，抽給阿媽看，把阿媽笑死了。
超級黏人，沒人就大喊大叫，然後就大哭，這點媽媽很頭痛。不過有人在身邊的時候，還算是乖的啦。
還有，我快要會自己拿奶瓶了。從一個月前，我就喜歡假假的幫忙扶奶瓶，不停地練習把奶嘴和奶瓶推出來再塞回去，成功率不高就是了，哈哈。
這幾天我還真成功的喂自己大半瓶奶兩三次耶。

I play all the time - grabbing whatever I can get my hands on. I even tried "smoking" my bottle - which really cracked Grandma up.
I need to be with people all the time - or else I'll scream and then wail. This is mom's major source of headache. Other than this, I am a pretty easy baby.
Finally, I can almost hold my own bottle now. I have been practicing it for almost a month now - and was able to feed myself close to an entire bottle of milk a couple of times.

秘密武器 Secret Weapon
我媽媽說這真是人類偉大發明之一，新店阿公阿媽叫它“秘密武器” - 每次我哭得大家束手無策的時候，一拿出來，我就不哭啦，就要忙著研究它啦。舅舅也不知道去哪裏弄來這個好東西。
以下的影片拍攝前5秒，我還在大哭大鬧，看不出來吧。
Mommy said this is one of the greatest inventions of mankind. Grandpa and Grandma call it "the secret weapon". I stop crying and get myself busy studying this thing every time mommy takes it out. It works like a charm. Major props to Uncle Su-Yang for giving it to me. Mom didn't even know such miracle product exists.
I was still crying and screaming my head off 5 seconds prior to the following video was shot ... and magic happened.

檸檬雞腿好酸 Lemon Juice is so Sour
Hannah愛啃她的小雞腿（見第一段影片）。爸爸說這樣不衛生，要在手上凃點辣椒讓她改進。
辣椒太狠了，就拿阿媽種的有機檸檬吧。
小傢伙雖然酸的臉都皺起來了，可是竟然還是能接受檸檬雞腿(見第二段影片）！
看來要她改這個習慣不容易哦！

To break this habit, we rubbed an organic lemon from Grandma's rooftop garden on her hand.
Boy, was it sour! (see video 2) But Hannah sucks away anyway.
Looks like it'll be hard to break this habit. :P

我也許才3個半月大，可是我已經會捍衛自己看電視的權益。
小小電視兒童。。。你爸媽可以開始傷腦筋了。

超偏心爸爸的 Hannah Loves Daddy
爲了博小胖丫頭一笑，全家卯足了勁耍寳。
新店阿媽唱歌唱的自己都說一輩子沒唱那麽多歌 -還繼續努力學歌呢。
媽媽搖她抱她弄得兩隻媽媽手到現在還沒好，中文英文故事說的嘴巴都乾了。
衆位阿姨們想了無數遊戲和哄小孩的戲法在她身上試。
小姨婆一來新店，就把她抱上抱下的，連睡覺也抱的緊緊的。
本來說小孩不要抱太多的爺爺奶奶也破功猛抱。。。
一分耕耘一分收獲，大家雖然弄得雞飛狗跳，小胖丫頭也會丫丫叫，賞我們幾個笑臉回應一下，讓我們這些癡心傻瓜開心得半死。
可是可是。。。真是不公平啊。。。最常不勞而獲小丫頭青睞的，竟然是超級不會逗小孩的爸爸。
爸爸真是不會逗小孩：
記得Hannah五六個禮拜大的時候，爸爸幫她換衣服。她因爲不愛被人擺佈而開始大哭。
媽媽說：“你跟她說幾句話，她喜歡聼人跟他説話，有人説話她就好一點。”
結果爸爸依然悶不吭聲。。。Hannah依舊嚎啕大哭。。。
因爲爸爸連一句話都想不出該說什麽好。跟小孩超沒話聊的。
哈哈哈哈。
可是小胖丫頭超偏心爸爸的，遇到爸爸，笑點就超低的。
大家耍寳耍半天，有時候還比不上爸爸走進來。
我們唱歌說故事弄得人仰馬翻，爸爸連説話都不用，隨便發出個“咕嚕咕嚕”聲，小丫頭就傻笑個不停。
真是偏心啊。原來上輩子的情人是這樣勾引人的。哈哈哈哈，真是個小狐狸精。
To get little Hannah to smile at us, all of us worked our butts off: singing, story telling, games, hugs, kisses, artificial flights ... you name it.
One person - Daddy - seems to be particularly favored by Miss Popular. He barely needs to exert any effort to get the girl to giggle to no ends.
Daddy is actually not very good with kids (by nature anyway). For the first couple of months of Hannah's life, he couldn't come up with anything to say to the baby even when Mommy specifically asked that he do it.
But Hannah makes it easy for Dad - just about any noise he makes will get a smile out of her. We are all so envious!

Hannah游狗爬式 Hannah Swam Doggie Style
上個禮拜，給Hannah游泳的時候，她突然轉身游起了狗爬式，會手手腳腳並用的游耶！前面幾次都只有游仰式呢！
這下子好了，媽媽阿姨都超興奮。。好厲害好厲害哦！Hannah會游狗爬式了！媽姨拉拉隊狂歡呼加油，媽媽之前看菲爾普斯贏游得八面奧運金牌時，也沒稀罕成這樣。
和爸爸開車囘基隆的路上，媽媽就興奮的報告：“Hannah今天會游狗爬式了也！我有錄起來哦，等一下給你看。”
回到基隆家，屁股剛坐到沙發上：“你要不要看Hannah游狗爬式？”
“等等，我要去洗澡。”
爸爸洗完澡剛在客廳坐下，媽媽又問：
“要看Hannah游狗爬式了嗎？”
爸爸忍不住笑出來：“有那麽好看嗎？”
“有。”媽媽認真的說，巴巴的把影片弄給爸爸看。。。
這一看，看得爸爸笑地前俯後仰說不出話來。。。
“幹嘛啦？？！”
“我是在笑你，你們太好笑了。。。她隨便一爬，你們high成這樣。有什麽稀奇啊。她現在會洗碗才稀奇。。。你去問她會不會洗碗。”
討厭鬼。
爸爸不要那麽客觀啦，以後要和人比成績、比能力的日子還長的呢。只有現在能主觀的爽一下而已，趕快享受，以後就沒機會了。
天下之大，什麽事情沒人做過，只要有人做過就不稀罕，那不就永遠沒人稀罕了，那會不會太慘了呀？
不過媽媽也只能在Hannah什麽都不懂的時候，亂爽一番而已。以後又要正經兮兮的教她謙虛努力，就不能這麽主觀亂high啦。。。
附上新店阿公在Hannah狗爬式游完後與小胖丫頭的對話一段 - 游臺灣海峽？？？！！！ 看來主觀的不是只有媽媽而已。。。。哈哈哈！
Hannah now knows how to swim doggie style! Mommy and auntie cheered and celebrated like she just won her 9th Olympic gold medal.
Seriously, Mommy wasn't this excited watching Phelps swam in Beijing.
On the way back to Keelung, Mommy broke the news to Daddy: "Hannah can swim doggie style now! I taped it!! You want to watch it??"
As soon as Mom and Dad got home ... "You want to watch Hannah swim doggie style??"
"Okay, but I will take a shower first."
As soon as Daddy got out of the shower ... "You want to watch Hannah swim doggie style??"
Daddy couldn't help but broke out in laughter: "Yes. Is it really that good?"
"Yes." Mommy replied in all seriousness and played the clip.
Daddy almost laughed his head off after watching the video.
"What's so funny??!"
"YOU are so funny. Hannah just crawled around in water a bit and you girls went nuts. It's not that special. I'd be impressed if she can do the dishes for me right now."
...
Hey! Enjoy this opportunity to be subjective when you can. There won't be a shortage of days when Hannah will be "objectively" compared to others ... grades, activities, abilities ... you name it. It gets a lot harder to impress when you grow up. So have a little fun for now :) ...
... But then again, to teach Hannah humbleness and good work ethic, mommy knows she will have to tune down her subjective pride at some point .
For now though (and for fun), Mommy declares without any bias what-so-ever: "Hannah is the best doggie style swimmer in the world!"
hahaha.

爸爸洗完澡剛在客廳坐下，媽媽又問：
“要看Hannah游狗爬式了嗎？”
爸爸忍不住笑出來：“有那麽好看嗎？”
“有。”媽媽認真的說，巴巴的把影片弄給爸爸看。。。
這一看，看得爸爸笑地前俯後仰說不出話來。。。
“幹嘛啦？？！”
“我是在笑你，你們太好笑了。。。她隨便一爬，你們high成這樣。有什麽稀奇啊。她現在會洗碗才稀奇。。。你去問她會不會洗碗。”
討厭鬼。
爸爸不要那麽客觀啦，以後要和人比成績、比能力的日子還長的呢。只有現在能主觀的爽一下而已，趕快享受，以後就沒機會了。
天下之大，什麽事情沒人做過，只要有人做過就不稀罕，那不就永遠沒人稀罕了，那會不會太慘了呀？
不過媽媽也只能在Hannah什麽都不懂的時候，亂爽一番而已。以後又要正經兮兮的教她謙虛努力，就不能這麽主觀亂high啦。。。
附上新店阿公在Hannah狗爬式游完後與小胖丫頭的對話一段 - 游臺灣海峽？？？！！！ 看來主觀的不是只有媽媽而已。。。。哈哈哈！
Hannah now knows how to swim doggie style! Mommy and auntie cheered and celebrated like she just won her 9th Olympic gold medal.
Seriously, Mommy wasn't this excited watching Phelps swam in Beijing.
On the way back to Keelung, Mommy broke the news to Daddy: "Hannah can swim doggie style now! I taped it!! You want to watch it??"
As soon as Mom and Dad got home ... "You want to watch Hannah swim doggie style??"
"Okay, but I will take a shower first."
As soon as Daddy got out of the shower ... "You want to watch Hannah swim doggie style??"
Daddy couldn't help but broke out in laughter: "Yes. Is it really that good?"
"Yes." Mommy replied in all seriousness and played the clip.
Daddy almost laughed his head off after watching the video.
"What's so funny??!"
"YOU are so funny. Hannah just crawled around in water a bit and you girls went nuts. It's not that special. I'd be impressed if she can do the dishes for me right now."

Hey! Enjoy this opportunity to be subjective when you can. There won't be a shortage of days when Hannah will be "objectively" compared to others ... grades, activities, abilities ... you name it. It gets a lot harder to impress when you grow up. So have a little fun for now :) ...
... But then again, to teach Hannah humbleness and good work ethic, mommy knows she will have to tune down her subjective pride at some point .
For now though (and for fun), Mommy declares without any bias what-so-ever: "Hannah is the best doggie style swimmer in the world!"
hahaha.

和Hannah玩打地鼠 Whack a Mole with Hannah
話説家裏有了Hannah，所有的人都返老還童，耍寳耍到回到三歲啦。
我們是Hannah的玩具，Hannah也是我們的玩具，全家大小玩的不亦樂乎，老實說有時候也不知道誰比較幼稚。
本來媽媽已經覺得，新店阿媽天才的解讀Hannah開車已經很厲害了，我們這些大人都可以算是瘋了。
可是，可是。。。。一山還有一山高啊。。。
那天稚穎阿姨來，看到Hannah踢踢她的小胖腿。馬上判讀。。。小胖丫頭這不是在踩油門，也不是在踩刹車啦。。。。
。。。是她想玩打地鼠的遊戲啦！
於是，阿姨立刻拿一條毛巾蓋住Hannah的兩隻胖腿，小胖腿就變成地鼠了。
Hannah踢腳腳，稚穎阿姨和璇璇阿姨兩人就打地鼠打的不亦樂乎。
小傢伙一副莫名其妙的樣子。。。。大概是奇怪怎麽大家都變得比她幼稚了吧。
Here is another example of how Hannah's magic has turned everyone in the family into 3 year olds. Sometimes Mommy is not sure if maybe some of us have indeed become more childish than Hannah is. Alas, we've found the fountain of youth.
Now, Hannah waves her chubby little arms and legs like normal babies do. Grandma fantasized that the little one was actually driving... which Mommy thought was already a brilliant interpretation that's hard to beat.
But then Auntie Ruby came over and saw Hannah kicking air with her feet (stepping on gas ... according to Grandma) and decided that all our previous analyses were wrong.
Hannah was actually asking us to play Whack a Mole with her.
Auntie Ruby quickly obliged and covered Hannah's chubby legs with a towel - making them moles to be whacked. Then, Auntie Ruby and Auntie Xuanxuan commenced on an exciting night of whacking Hannah's legs when the little one kick them up.
As you can see, Hannah looked totally confused.
Yes honey, your youth is very contagious here.
